11月18日，文莱英文主流媒体《婆罗洲公报》刊发了文莱苏丹哈桑纳尔与中华人民共和国主席习近平在美国旧金山双边会晤时的重要讲话内容，其中特别提及恒逸文莱项目。

    His Majesty informed of the completion of Phase 1 of the Hengyi project as well as the commencement of Phase 2.

    苏丹陛下通报了恒逸项目一期竣工以及二期项目开工的情况。

    His Majesty informed of the completion of Phase 1 of the Hengyi project as well as the commencement of Phase 2, whereby the agreement was signed on 8th November 2023. With China's approval, His Majesty expressed hope to have it completed by the end of the year.

    苏丹陛下通报了恒逸项目一期竣工以及二期开工的情况，其中二期协议已于2023年11月8日签署。苏丹陛下表示希望在今年年底前得到中国的批准。

    His Majesty expressed his appreciation for the scholarships and training offered by Hengyi which has helped the country build its technical capacity and human capital.

    苏丹陛下对恒逸提供的奖学金和培训表示感谢，感谢其对文莱国内技术能力和人力资本建设提供的帮助。
